1. Are you a trade company or factory?

We are lock factory in Wenzhou, 5 hours’ drive away from Shanghai.

2. When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmed, you can require for samples.

The samples will be prepared for 3-7days and sent to you via courier express. You can use your own freight collect express account or prepay us if you do not have any account.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?

It depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like the goods to be shipped.

5. What is your price terms?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You could choose your preferable one.
