General Description -- Linear Vibrating Screen

The linear vibrating screen machine is a kind of new-type sieve machine with two horizontal vibration motor as its vibrating source. Its performance has reached the international advanced level. The materials on the screen are thrown up and move in a straight line to achieve the aim of sieving and grading. Any materials with a diameter of 0.07mm-20 mm could be handled.

Working Principle -- Linear Vibrating Screen

The linear vibrating screen uses horizontal vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have a eccentric block at the both at their upper and lower sides. The eccentric blocks can generate a three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the materials on the screen can change the movement locus, achieving suitable screening aims.
