The deep fryers for fast food are specially developed for restaurants and fast food shops .

 

 

 

1.The advanced heating tube,can stand 1600 centigrade heating for more than three years.Smart temperature control,when temperature exceed 10 centigrade up the setting temperature,the system automatically cut off the power supply.When the temperature exceed 10 centigrade below the setting temperature,the system start the power supply.

 

 

2.The PTFE BELT in the first part is 1.5 meter to avoid the products adhere to the belt.

3. The continuous double mesh belt ,the products between two double mesh belt were convey from one side to another size in the smooth and steady speed and  the same temperature.

4.Oil circulation filter system, the high temperature circulation pump supply the power for circulation.The coarse filtration system and continuous ultra-filtration system.

 

4. Residue Scraping  board system

can take away the impurities in the bottom of frying production line.

 5. Hoisting system of the chain

The chain hoisting system can hoist the mesh belt and heating tube, leave nothing in the frying production line.Make it easy to clean the frying line container.
