1. Are you manufacturer or Trade Company?

We are a french style furniture factory in Hangzhou city, specialized in chairs, tables, sofa, wooden cabinets etc.

2. What's the order process?
a. Inquiry--- The more information you provide, the suitable product we can provide for you! 
b. Quotation---official quotation form with all clear specifications.
c. Printing file--- PDF, Ai, CDR, PSD, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Sample confirmation---sample will be shipped out in 2 weeks in general.
e. Payment terms--- T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading or LC at sight.
f. Production---mass production
g. Shipping--- by sea, air or courier. Detailed picture of package will be provided.

3. What terms of payment you use?
T/T (30% as deposit, the balance against copy of documents);
L/C at sight
