Automatic Filling and sealing Machine combined with machine and electricity,use multiple

introduction technology and congtonled by PLC,it can complete tube-in,local color code,filling,sealing and tube-out automatically simultaneously.The machine runs smoothly,easy to contonl and sizi change over,suitable for prducing paste products. 

It  has a morden shape,a strong practicabiliy and good value for proce.It is widely used in toothpaste,ointment,food,cosmetic,hair-dyeing paste,art palette and shosshine industry.

 Function:

1.Main machine frame with stainless steel covers

2.AC inverter for main drive for step-less speed variation-       

3.Automatic aluminum or plastic tube hopper with pneumatic system of tube insertion into rotary index table

4.Rotary index table for transferring tubes to filling, closing stations and other sections

5.Tube orientation controlled by photocell for accurate positioning of tubes

6.50 litres capacity stainless steel hopper

7.Stainless steel volumetric dozing syringe and Teflon piston seals for accurate dosage with step-less adjustment of volume

8.Tube lifting at filling station – so that filling nozzle gets inserted inside tube during filling 

9.Tail cutting by 'suck back' method to prevent dripping of product after filling

10. Hot air tool for plastic / laminated tubes (Leister make heater)

11.PID temperature controller for accurate control of hot air temperature

12.Air supply to air heater through independent blower

13.Batch code embossing facility within sealing jaws (by using negatively etched character type fount)

14. Trimming of plastic /aluminum/ laminated tubes at the top end
