:b)The Inside Diameter of tubes shall allow insertion of a guage of (O.D.-2W.T.-2)mm dia for a minimum length of 200mm

:c)On wall thickness -10%

:d)The mass deviation on a single tube shall not exceed -7.5% of the specified mass.

FLATTENING TEST WELD AT 90 DEGREES (COLD)

b)For Material :Distance Between the platens, measured under load is not greater than 60% of the OD of tube.

MARKING

Product Packaging :

 Packaging is normally are bundles, losses or client option in bundle with strip or in bulk or according to custom opinion 25 tons/container for pipe with usual outer diameter. For 20" container the max length is 5.8m; For 40" container the max length is 12m. other options are available based on customer requests. Please discuss when placing orders.
