The machine can remove moisture, water, gas and particulate, etc. from oil at a high efficiency and improve pressureresistance and quality of oil so as to ensure safe operation of electric power equipment. If your oil’s color is contaminated, it can also refresh the oil’s color to new oil color while keeping property & function of oil. It is mainly suitable for treatment of dissatisfactory transformer oil, insulation oil, mutual inductor and switch oils in the electric power field and industrial and mining enterprises.

Performance:

Performance by 3passes treatment trough the plant at a full flow rate shall be as follows: 

3.1-Dielectric strength to be more than 60KV (if for new oil, more higher about 70-75KV).

3.2-Dehydration the water content down to below 3 PPM.

3.3-Degassing the air content to be below 0.1%.

3.4-Acid removal down to be below 0.03mgK0H/g.

3.5-Improve the oil's flash point (closed) more than 135°C.

3.6-Upgrade the used transformer oil's color from red or dark to be transparent as new.

3.7-To make the final oil's water soluble acid with PH≥5.4.

3.8-Recondition the Medium wearing factor tgδ(90°C)%≤0.005

3.9-Filtration 99% of solid particles over 1 micron shall be removed.
