The oil purifier specially for turbine oil use the technologies, such as, contrifugation, expansion, condension, molecular adsorption, vacuum dry, mechanical filter, fuzzy control and so on.
Structure Component:
1). Filtration System:
This machine adopts one by one filtration device to make the oil cleanness after treated can reach more than NAS6.
2). Heating system:
Heating system is composed by heater, temperature controller etc. Under the action of pressure, the treating oil pass through heater to exchange heat, this time the surface heat burden of heater is 1.5 KW/CM2. Because through heating, it can help the moisture of oil to evaporate and also the temperature controller can inspect the temperature of heat system and control the heater working in the designed temperature range so that to protect the safety both device and worker.
3). Vacuum System:
The vacuum system is composed by vacuum separator, vacuum pump, condensation cooler and strong breeze cooler etc. The capacity of vacuum pump is two times than the separated capacity of vapor and gas, which ensure the oil cannot be polluted once again. And also ensure the system working in lower pressure.
4). Auto Control and Protection System:
Auto control system is composed by sensor, motor, control component and protection component etc.
a. When the vacuum reached the setting value (which is settled by factory is –0.09Mpa), adjusting valve will open.
b. When the oil temperature reach to the setting point, the temperature controller send a signal to stop the heater working. On the contrary, the heater will continue work.
c. Heater interlock with oil pump .it means heater can work when oil pump run
d. When the oil level on heater don’t reach the control point. The heater won’t work too.
e. When the heating temperature overtop the setting value, super-temperature protection device send out the signal. Then heater stop working
f. Oil inlet capacity controls the sensor. When the oil inlet capacity is too high or it reaches the limited oil level. Then adjusting valve closed, the machine stop injecting oil. On the contrary, adjusting valve open
g. When the oil level reached the highest control point. Sensor will send out a signal, the adjusting valve close
h. The protection control point of pressure controller is 0.4Mpa before leaving factory. If it reached the setting point, all of machine will stop working and alarm.
5). Cool & condensation System:
It is composed by condensation cooler, water tank and strong breeze cooler system etc. The separated vapor and another gas from the vacuum separator after through the condenser will become water and enter into water tank. Another gas will continue enter into strong breeze cool system, then enter into cooler where have block exchange medium, then the wet air will become water and dry air so that to protect the vacuum pump.
