We ship using DHL, UPS and Fedex. All shipping costs are actual costs and are determined based on the weight of the item and the destination.

Q. What about the guarantee of the power bank?

Q. Will any damage or security risks be caused when customers using power bank?

A.NO!  The power bank using high-quality batteries and circuit safety equipment, all of power banks are with approved of CE/ROHS/FCC. 

Q. How long will the power bank is used?

A. With in-built high capacity Li-on battery, the power bank can be charging more than 500 times. It will be more than 2-3 years for the using lifetime with a daily frequency count on one charge.

Q.what is your MOQ? 

Normally our MOQ is 500pcs. But lower quantity is also accepted for your trial order.

 Q. Can I get samples ?

Sure. We will need to charge for samples but Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Q. What about the lead time for samples?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

Q. How long is the production lead time? 

Normally it takes about 7-15 days, depending on the order quantity. 

Q. How can I get to konw the freight charge? 

Normally, we use DHL, FEDEX, UPS or TNT to ship the goods. The cost is decided by the size or weight of the goods.

Q.. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI,CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
