1.Remove the meat from the coconut.

2.Dry it until it contains water about 7%-8%.

3.Make its size around 2mm*2mm.

4.Put them into the Cold press machine and press them.

5.Filter the oil with Vacuum oil filter and we can get the pure Coconut oil.

The cake determines the oil yield,if it is too thick,it means it contains much residue oil and directly 

affects the oil yield.Normally,it should be 1-2mm, like a tile,not sticky,smooth inside,

wrinkle outside, and the surface contains no oil.So in order to improve the oil rate,

our new researched machine can control the thickness of cake between 0.8 to 2mm,and is a leader  in the peer.

FAQ:

1.Delivery time?

-7~15 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard, wear-in,

 making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder.

2.What are cold press and hot press?

-The cold press is a kind of machine which can press material without heating it.

-The hot press is just opposite with cold press.It is a kind of machine which can press the material after it is 

heated.

3.How to maintain?

1).Check lubrication every 50 hours.No short of oil on the body of gear box.

2).Prevent intrusion of dust and other debris to any part of lubrication.Check the quality of oil on gearbox 

every year,and once find it is deteriorated,replace all the oil.

3).When the production was reduced,the cake or the oil is not normal,pull out the screw shaft and check 

whether pressing shaft,cage bars,the mouth of cake is worn and replace it timely.

4).After the work,remove residue cake,clean the surface.

5).At the end of productive season,take apart of pressing shaft,cage bar,mouth of cake and grease oil for 

them.Put them on a dry place.
