Infrared Heating Technology /principle

The infrared heating lamp produces Hertzian waves, when its frequency closes to natural frequency of the molecular sport of the heating object, causes all the molecular in the object resonance, they friction and occur energy.

Because of the difference of the natural frequency of the heating resistance material ,in order to be suitable to different material ,it should be different infrared wave by changing the material of the heating thread and circling technique, in this way, the frequency of Electromagnetic waves of infrared heating lamp closes to that of natural frequency of the molecular sport of the heating object to some extent to reach the aim of heating . The formula between the Electromagnetic wave frequency and the wave length who can translated each other.

Nowdays, infrared radiation used in the industry are mainly whose length 0.76~1.6um short wave, and the wavelength 1.6~4 um center wave and the wave length longer than 4 um the long wave. The short wave radiation also be called the near-infrared radiation, center wave and the long wave also be called the far infrared radiation. Because heating inertia of the infrared radiation is very little, and whose master wave length 0.76~1.6um short wave, about 1.6~4 um middle wave, more than 4um long wave. short wave also called near infrared radiation, middle wave and long wave also called far infrared radiation. Because of heating inertia of the infrared is very little, short wave and middle wave radiation technology are used  to heating with high consistency, high energy, high strength, that can improve heating quality, shorten heating time, reduce investment amount ,lessen environment polluted, which called high infrared radiation heating technology by industry group
