Our Services

Instalation:

A. Make sure input voltage is 220V AC before installation;

B. Make sure power supply is off before installation;

C. LED Bulb is with E14 lamp base, as picture shows below;

D. Install the product in an E14 socket or a lamp holder with E14 socket; Screw and tighten the product according to the screw direction;

E. Turn on the power supply, the product shall be on work

Service and Maintenance:

A. In any case, if a problem occurs, please contact us;

B. Maintenance-free during the warranty period, the product enjoys lifelong maintenance, appropriate materials fee shall be collected for maintenance after the warranty expires.
