Three rollers crusher is our company's patent product. 
Three rollers crusher is applied to the fine crushing of hard materials that the compressive resistance

strength less than 300Mpa and moisture content less than 30%. For example, iron ore, copper ore,

coal, cement clinker, lead ore, limestone, feldspar, slag, granite, gypsum, clinker, salt, chemical

materials and so on.  It has the features of lower maintenance cost, higher crushing ratio, reliable

performance, less powder and noise.

This crusher is a patent product of our company which is developed by ourselves. It is applied to fine

crushing of materials that feed size less than 90mm, finished product size is between 1-10mm. Such

as crushing iron ore in ore industry; crushing feldspar in ceramic industry; crushing clinker and water

granulated slag in cement and aluminum industry; crushing chemical fertilizer in fertilizer plant;

crushing all kinds of chemical materials in chemical industry or similar to the above crushing

occasions.

Working Principle
Three rollers crusher has three high strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers. The materials were

crushed by high extrusion stress produced by rotating rollers. The materials are fed into the crushing

cavity formed by two upper rollers. When the materials are firstly extruded and grinded by the two upper

rollers then the materials are secondly crushed by the below two rollers. The crushed materials are

then discharged through the outlet opening.
