Introduction

  Four toothed roller crusher is widely used for crushing crushing sintering coal, coke powder and other fuel. It is also used for crushing limestone, marl, chalk, brick, slag, chamotte, feldspar, coke, and so on. 

   Four toothed roller crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant grinding rollers. Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure and shear force. The material enters into the space between the two rollers. The first time, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (thick broken). Then it comes to the next two rotating rolls. Here it is extrueded, cut and grounded to the required size, sent by the transport equipment.

Working principle

  The materials enter into the space(V -crushing cavity) between the top of rollers, be extruding and cut(rough crushing) by the two rollers' counter rotating, then the materials enter into the bottom rollers to proceed secondary extruding,cut and grinded(fine crushing) to the required discharge size and transported by the conveyer.
