The feed size of PE-type jaw crusher is less than 1200mm. PE-type jaw crusher is applied in crushing materials that compressive strength less than 250Mpa to proceed primary crushing operation in a complete crushing production line.

Working Principle

The motor power is transmitted through belt, driving the active jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and active jaw plate increases when the active jaw moves moves towards the fixed jaw. The active jaw moves conversly to the fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring. The materials will be crushed in this process, then the final crushed materials will be discharged from the outlet.
