Description

 

    Jaw crusher is suitable for primary crushing hard material (compression strength less than 250Mpa).

    For example: coarse and fine crushing operation of iron ore, slag, phosphorus ore, copper ore, silicon ore, limestone, quartz stone, ceramic and solid materials with similar  hardness; breaking bulk materials of concentrator, stones factory, cement plant.

Working principle

 

     A jaw crusher reduces large size rocks or ore by placing the rock into compression, a fixed jaw, mounted in a "V" alignment is the stationary breaking surface, while the moveable jaw plate exerts force on the rock by forcing it against the fixed jaw plate. The space at bottom of the "V", aligned jaw plate, is the crusher product size gap, or the size of the crushed product from the jaw crusher.

    The jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track.
