Welcome to use the CT1010 SD card DMX Controller, when it is used together with the pixel DMX led lamps (including our RGB LED ceiling light, RGB LED wall washer, RGB LED underwater lamp, etc.), it can generate various and colorful lighting effects; Besides it can copy the program edited by PC directly to the SD card to controller the lights more flexible. Therefore, it is widely used in indoor entertainment occasions such as casino, club, etc. and outdoor high buildings’ decoration. Each controller can control 170 points max. When it is used in some big application accasion which is more than 170 points, we can use several controllers to control them synchronizedly and each controller controls on sub-scene.

Features:

1. Storing the program by SD card

When the controller insert the card, it can recognize the file which belongs to the controller automaticly. It can put 1G storage card at most.

2. Windows file operation and data copy convenient

Before using the card, Formatting the card to be FAT16 file system, then copy the program file editted by software to root directory in SD card by using card reader. Pls note, it must be the root directory, but not the other directory.

3. The card can be put 999 program file at same time, the file size is infinitized.

The card in one controller is allowed to store the other controller’s program file, and the file’s suffix must be a three-digit number, and the number only between 001~255. This contoller only can identify the files with the same suffix with controller, but not other suffix. The file name has the following rules.

File suffix is the three-number of the contoller

File Name, 8 characters at most

For example: The files of SD card with suffix *.001 must insert into the 001# controller, when the controller has the files with other contoller’s suffix, it can not work.

One file is a program, and each program can be apart several sagments. We will edit the program by using ourselves-developed LED program making software.

4. Many contollers can be played synchronously

Setting up the controller’s serial number in local adress 001# acquiesce in the main contoller, the others to be the Slave. There is only one Master in many chain of controller, the others all set to be Slave. Many controller can realize controlling the screen more than 170 points mas.

At this time, the Slave can synchronously play the same prefix files chose by Master, when choosing the program file on Master. The pre-conditin is that the storage card in Slave must have the same prefix file with the one the main contoller played. If the files which the Master palyed is Prgtest.001, then the 2# Slave must have Prgtest.002 file. The 3# Slave must have Prgtest.003 file, and so on. Right now, the suffix also represent the correspondent serial number of the controller.

It can not cut the synchronous connection cable when playing synchronously. If cut, then connect, the Slave can not be synchronous with the Master, at this time, it need to rechoose the program at the main chroller or waiting for the new round program on circulation to begain, or to power them all again.

5. When insert the card, it can seach the own file automaticly, also display the total file numbers seached. When controller is palying, pls do not pull out the card forcibly.

6. Allotype processing function

This controller using the special allotype processing function, only need to set up the relative allotype parameter on the program software, when creating the files, the file has already had the allotype data. Then controller can have data scaning input according to the files’s allotype parameter.

Press the ENTER to the First Menu, an arrow pointing , press ENTER to files to choose the menu, the Menu will show the File Name, program name, files total No. and the current file’s serial number. Press UP/DOWN to choose the other files in the card according to the serial number, at this time press ENTER again to play the current selected program. For example, one program has several segments, the procedure will paly these segments in turns automaticly, and show the current playing segment number on the interface. Under the Playback states to press ENTER to speed adjustment menu, which can adjust the playing speek.

If cut down the electricity when playing, it can memorize the paly status, and can play the right file which chose before the power-down when next time power-on.

2. Check the file

Under the First Menu to use UP/DOWN to choose , then press ENTER to viewing file’s information menu, at this time press UP/DOWN to choose other file. Press ENTER to show the full name of the files at first, then press UP/DOWN to check the program’s name, segment’s total number and Pixel Dot total number, etc.

3. System setting

Under First Menu to use UP/DOWN to choose , then press ENTER to go in the local address( the serial number of this controller) setting. After setting the number and back to the system, it can save the local address and research the file belongs to the this controller’s serial number. Press UP/DOWN to choose adjusted palying speed to test the pattern function. Playing speed can be chosen Default/100ms/200ms/300ms/400ms/500ms, that is a program’s acquiesce speed and fifth grade fixed speed. This speed is the Play duration interval between the frame. Under the testing mode to press ENTER to realized the change of the terminal fixed color. It can choose White, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Cyan, Purple, Black seven color changing.

4. Master/Slave Model

When setting this contoller’s serial number to be 001, the controller acquiesce in Master Model, when setting to be other serial number, it will be Slave Model. Only the Master Model can play, if it is the Slave Model, the controller will indicate it is the Slave Model when playing.

Master and Slave connected by the connection wire, and choose Play,

then the Slave will follow the same files of Master to play synchronously, and also synchronously show the palying segment number. Right now the files will show ???, as the

order of files with the corresponding same prefix between the Master and Slave in Slave will not sure the same with Master’s. So it uses ??? to replace.

One Control Link can connect 1 set Master and 254 sets Slave. The signal amplifier needed when Cascading the controller over 25 sets or the connection wire over 100 meters.

5. Address coding function

3-System Set

This contoller can code for the DMX lighing fixture which with the coding funtion. Under system setting menu to press ENTER to go in, and choose the last option

6. RGB Mode

Under the 4-RGB Mode Menu, it can adjust the R, G, B three colors’ brightnees seperately, then can save the state.

Attention.

1.Please read the manual before installation, and follow with the guidance.

2.Please don't use it in the place where is corrosive or flammable.

3.Please don't install the controller close to the heat source.

4.Please don't explore the controller in the rainy or humidity environment

5.Please make sure all the connection is correct and steady.

6.Please switch off the power before connection, installation or dismantlement.
