PYS Series Symons Cone Crusher Introduction                                             

     The machine is developed on the basis of absorption of foreign advanced technologies in 1980s. It is different from traditional cone crushers in designed structure and adopt the main advantages of each traditional type so far. It is suitable for fine crushing and superfine crushing hard rock, ores, slag and refractory. Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgical industry, construction industry, road building industry, chemical industry and phosphate industry. It is also applies to hard and medium hard ore and rock crushing operations such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, diabase. Ore crushing chamber is determined by the type of use: standard type applied to medium crushing, medium one suitable for crushing and the short head type is applied to ultra-fine crushing.

Performance Characteristic

 Put the material onto the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. this is very important in whole cone crusher working process.The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole.
