 2.Hook style cutter head for convenient open and close. Wires could be put at any position.

 

 3.The head could be rotated at 180 degree for adjusting working angle. 

 

 4.Assembled with safety valve to release pressure automatically to protect tool.

 

 5.The tool coold be operated at 360 degree. Especially suitable for opreration at no foothold field or at high altitude.
