   A : Yes, we can do it ,if we have enough stock yarn for your order .However the price will be raised from 15% to 30%.

   A:For new clients ,after you paid the cost of samples,you ‘ll get our samples from 7-14days ;

      For regular customers,after we read your instruction,you can get the samples from      7-14days .

3.Q :What’s is available courier service ?

   A : They are UPS,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS(Express Mail Service).

4.Q :How to pay the cost of samples?

   A : You can use Western Union , T/T, Paypal ….etc.

5.Q :If the products isn't consistent with the website describing,how to solve it?
