1. It has automatic roll changer. If one roll has 100 bags. when 100 bags roll is finished, it will automatic unload the ready bag roll and start winding new bag roll.

 

2. It can make such rolled bags as follows:

 

a) coreless type rolled bag

 

b) rolled flat-mouth bag

c) rolled t-shirt bag

d) garbage bag or trash bag for waste bin

3. Computer for whole bag making process (Delta PLC + Weiviw Touch Screen)

4. Two unwinder with two folder to work in two lines (option)

5. Heating sealing at bottom and perforating cutting

6. Auto. tension adjustor

7. Auto. heating to the sealing bar.

8. Servo motor for film feeding plus step motor for back film feeding

9. Sealing bar and perforating blade driven by AC inverter motor

10. Two Inverter AC motor to drive the two rolling shaft

11. One Inverter AC motor to rotate the winding position

12. With one printed mark tracking photocell so that it can make bag with printing
