Electro Galvanized Iron Wire is processing with low carbon steel wire, through drawing and electric galvanizing Standard wire gauge from BWG8# to BWG30#, Galvanized iron wire uses in weaving of wire mesh, fencing for expressway and construction.
Hot-Dip Zinc-Plating Iron Wire, the Material is super carbon steel, and the Processing is by drawing, hot-dip zinc-plating, the Standard wire gauge from BWG8# to BWG39#.

1.Material:

1).low,medium or high carbon steel

2).Thick pure zinc coating firmly adhered to the wire 

3).Without zinc flaking off

4)Bright finish with even and attractive zinc coating 

2.Zinc rate:8-15g/sqm  for electro galvanized and 40g-380g/sqm for hot dipped galvanized.

3.Packing:plastic bag inside,then weave bag or hessian bag outside.

4. Specification: 0.7mm-4.5mm (please refer to the countries exporting table wire gauge)

5.Net weight:1kg,4kg,6kg,10kg,20kg,25kg,50kg for normal,and I can make other weight per roll according to customer's want.

Iron wire rod→Wire Drawing→Wire Annealing→Rust removing→Acid Washing→

Zinc coating→Wire Coiling → packing

First :careful control from steel rod coil .

Sencond:iron wire rod drawing,then the iron wire rod turn the dia you need.

Third :annealing ,we get the black iron wire .

Fourth :rust removing , we use Anti-rust oil ,not Waste engine oil .Then we got black nnealed iron wire

others:acid washing ,boiling ,drying ,zinc feeding to wire coating .

At last:we get the electro galvanized steel wire/hot dipped galvanized steel
