Zinc coat:10-25g/m² for electro galvanized wire,40-380g/m² for hot-dipped galvanized wire

Weigh per roll:25kg,50kg,10kg,0.3kg then 10rolls per big rolls,1kg,6kg,4kg etc.

Packing:plastic bag inside,and hessian cloth or weaving bags outside.

Tensile Strength:350-550N/mm²

Iron wire rod→Wire Drawing→Wire Annealing→Rust removing→Acid Washing→

Zinc coating→Wire Coiling → packing

First :careful control from steel rod coil .

Sencond:iron wire rod drawing,then the iron wire rod turn the dia you need.

Third :annealing ,we get the black iron wire .

Fourth :rust removing , we use Anti-rust oil ,not Waste engine oil .Then we got black nnealed iron wire

others:acid washing ,boiling ,drying ,zinc feeding to wire coating .

At last:we get the electro galvanized steel wire/hot dipped galvanized steel
