Iron Oxide Desulfurizer is made of iron,manganese salt and their oxide as raw material,pass through the process chemosynthesis to be active oxide, then add the assistant and binder to make itcolumnar solid .It has features of larger sulfur capacity ,small resistance,high purification capacity and good water resistance .For the city of pipeline gas, coke oven gas, methane, ordinary industrial raw material.Used for chemical fertilizerindustry transformation of oxygen gas desulfurization urea CO2 gas, synthetic ammonia N2 and H2 raw material gas, natural gas.

(1) the desulfurization tower generally does not need to be specially heated and energy consuming, but in the outside of the desulfurization device must be heat insulation in winter, so as to avoid gas is too cold, reduce the activity of the desulfurization agent and the bed layer on the deterioration of water.

(2) should be removed before desulfurization of tar and water droplets.

(3) the desulfurization agent may be replaced by a full replacement, and may be replaced by paragraph by paragraph.

(4) the timing of the discharge of the water separator and the bottom of the tower at the bottom of the desulfurization tower, is forbidden to enter the desulfurization tower with gas.
