Part 1.Main descriptions of VPSA oxygen plant
1).This plant selectively absorbs the nitrogen in the air by the utilization of molecular sieve, which can absorb and desorb nitrogen according to working pressure. With the air being separated, high purity oxygen can be obtained.

3). Process Flow:
This set of PSA oxygen generating system mainly consists of air compression, air purification and PSA oxygen production
(1) Air compression: Air is compressed by the air compressor to 0.7-0.8Mpa, which provides continuous and steady air flow and pressure for the oxygen generating system.
(2) Air purification: Compressed air goes through refrigerated air dryer and filter in order to remove water, oil and dust, which prepares to provide the clean air source for the next step PSA.
(3) PSA oxygen production: Purified air goes into the two adsorption towers of PSA oxygen generator after decompression. The loading molecular sieve in the adsorption tower will adsorb the oxygen and set it free. The pure oxygen will go into the next step storage tank.
