Polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced material as a secondary concrete, polyacrylonitrile fiber can significantly improve the toughness and impact resistance of concrete.
As the secondary reinforcement material for concrete, polyacrylonitrile fiber can significantly improve toughness and impact resistance of the concrete, effectively prevent generation of the crack, and improve impermeability, frost resistance and other durability of the concrete. In addition, as the industrious fiber product used to strengthen asphalt concrete, it can not only improve adhesion, high temperature stability, fatigue durability of the asphalt pavement greatly, but also possesses performances of crack resistance in low temperature and against reflective cracking. Moreover, it can effectively improve the tensile, shear, compression and impact strength, whose giant role and application prospect in concrete has been increasingly recognized and accepted by the engineering field.

Ratio of application
1. Content added in cement concrete
(1) Generally add 0.5-1.0kg of the fiber per cubic meter concrete
(2) Adjust the added content of the fiber according to the desired amount of sand material, stone or cement and anti-crack requirement of the engineering appropriately; the maximum dosage is 1.5kg/m3.
Suggestions: gradation of different aggregate particles has a great effect for blending, so choose good gradation as far as possible.
