THE APPLICATION:

The machine is especially used in field of sticking PVC, PP and finish foil onto decoration strips, aluminium and plastic material. The machine could cover various angles, curve, concave and convexity.

FEATURES:

1.Glue coating system is the roll coating or the scrape coating system which suitable different work piece

2.It can finish the surface, the sides and the bottom continuously with accomplished effectively.

3.The bottom wheel are all made by silicon rubber and aluminum, they are wearable and not sticky to the glue.

4, the heating system includes the main heating part, the second heating part, the profile heating part and the heating fans which make perfect result in cold weather.

5, the conveying system adopts warm & gear which is stable with nearly no sound. What is more the speed is adjustable controlled by the imported transducer
