HSHM1350TZ-D Automatic Paper laminating Machine adopts the special precise hot melt glue system,is the best choice for all flat board which need paste the PVC, wood grain paper etc. on the surface of the density board, particle board, steel board,plasticboard etc.It is suitable for produce high glossy, panel, cabinet, furniture door,honeycomb board and foam board sticking.

Glue coating system:

1.Steel roller together with rubber roller makes the glue coating more uniform.

2.The paper lamianting machine adopt special glue box, adding glue will be more convenient and quick.

Paper sticking&Pressing:

1.Three sets of hot pressing together with two sets of cold pressing.

2.The steel rollers continuous heating in a constant temperature.

3.Pressing rollers's lifting adopts fully automatic turbine worm lift,uses digital shifter with vernier device to adjust the distance to make sure the high accuracy, products paste more closely.

1.The dust cleaning system make the board clean.

2.If the glue you use is oil glue or the temperature is too low,you need the glue drying system.(Note:This part can add according to your requirment and it need additional charge.)

3.The gas expanded shaft can be moved from four directions to make the material fit the board.
