HSHM1350GZ-A  UV Dryer (three lights)

Introduction:

The heating system: this machine adopts the imported UV lights and reflectional table which equipts with high-intensify capacitance and transformer to increase the  stability of UV lights. The intensity of lights is adjustable, the reflectional table adjusts the lights intensith to save power.

The conveying system: this machine adopts the stailness steel conveying belt or drum conveying belt, it equips with wind cooling system and temperature controller to make the conveying belt not be deformed.

Distinctive 3D curing system: This machine adopts the distinctive 3D curing system to dry each side of  the work piece. .

The imported substrate-mask equips with anti-UV film to prevent the UV be disclosed. It can work independentlly or connect with paint-spreading machine. It is the ideal paint drying equipment for board furniture, engineered wood flooring, flush door, arts and bamboo door or window.
