1. Why dose the price range so wide?

: the price ranges form the cheapest to the most expensive,depends on the quantity of spindles (1-3) customers choose and different set up, we can recommend the right one with price options for you to consider against your request.

2. What is your payment term? Is it negotiable ?

: Except L/C payment, we only proceed customers’ order after receiving 30% deposit, and ship out when receive the rest 70% before shipment. It is negotiable when we have dealt with each other at least one transactions.

3. If I don’t know how to operate or encounter technical questions, can I easily get support in spares and technical? Is it free?

: Call us at anytime, or make a video of where the problems and email to us ,our engineers are able to work out a 3d PPT or video to show you how to settle the problems. In the worst case, our engineers can fly over to help as long as you undertake some reasonable charges arouse.

For spares, it is depends on how heavy to decide to send by air or sea (as request), for parts under warranty, we don’t charge you , it is free only limit to factory defect.
