FEATURES:

1, Rubber rollers are made by special technique which is anticorrosion, anti-extrusion and easy cleaning.

2, Roller can be raised or down by air cylinder and the Max adjustable thickness is 100mm

3, Steel roller and the rubber roller is moved as positive and negative rotation. And this machine equip with hand wheel to adjust the gap between the rubber roller and steel roller. So the coating thickness is adjust by this wheel and the thickness is precision

4, we can equip the frequency transducer base on customer which is used to adjust the speed and also the customer can add the conveying bench. All these are convenient to make line with other machines.
