2. We only accept returns on standard size dresses in perfect status , brand new condition (no smoke no scents ,no make up stains, no alterations).

3. Each Item is checked carefully and we have record of its condition ,we need image proof of problem product when necessary.

4. Please note all return products should contact us in 2 days after receive the package and send it back in 3 days after confirm the solution together or we will not responsible for any problem.
