Answer,F4.8m and F3.5m is our most popular size for outdoor events.F4.8m is more popular as it is higher over the crowd.

Second, what size do we have for the feather flags?

Answer,F2.2m,F3.5m and F4.8m is what in our catalogue. We also have F1.8m,F5.6m and more poles for your choice which will cover nearly all display sizes.

Third, What terms can we accept for shipment?

Answer, we now mostly accept EXW,FOB,CNF,CIF,DDU terms.

Fourth, What payment terms do we mostly accept?

Answer, We usually accept T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, we prefer 30% or 40% deposit from you.

Fifth, What's our packing specifications?

Answer, usually our poles, bases and flags are packed separately in different cartons. If you have requirement for customized packing, pls advise in advance. We have non-woven bag and luxury carry bag as choice for poles.

Sixth, what's the most popular bases?

Answer, Usually Ground spike for soft ground like lawn. Screw spike for sand like beach. Fixed cross base, cross base, flat base for hard ground. Foldable tyre base for auto show or car yard display. We have new stackable water tank which can be your choice.

Seventh, What port and airport are we near?

Answer, We are near Qingdao port and Qingdao airport. Shanghai port also works for us. It is ok for us to send our cartons to your other suppliers in China to consolidate.

Eighth, how can we save shipping cost for you?

Answer, we have worked with our local couriers like DHL,FEDEX,TNT and UPS for years. We can get larger discount from these couriers to save your shipping cost. And we here can have door-to-door air shipment service to save the shipping cost for your urgent big orders.
