Q3.How long will it take to receive my banners?

It can depend on the quantity and the banner type but generally most of our products are in stock all the time to ensure fast delivery for sample orders and trial orders.

Q4.By which way do you ship?

All sample orders, urgent orders or trial orders will be delivered to your door by express/courier: FedEx/UPS/DHL/TNT or by air.
For decent order, you could contact us and require different shipment way, such as air cargo or sea shipment.

We provide 1-year warranty on hardware.

Q6.How can I create my own artwork?

Template is available on production description page. Download it and create your artwork to fit the template.
Artwork should be in .pdf/.ai/.psd/.cdr file with resolution no less than 75dpi when sized 1:1.
Make sure all fonts turned into curved(outlined) to avoid fonts changing.

Q7.Can you help me design the artwork?

Sure. In order to showing the best image on the flag, please provide us AI/PSD/CDR files with high resolution. Thank you.

Q8.I have ideas to do something different, do you accept customized products?

Yes, OEM/ODM services are available, you are free to tell us what do you want. Our R&D team will work on it, your advise and talent is our precious. We are in the business of your business.

Q9.I just need only one pole as a sample, is that workable?

No problem, we can do 1 or 40,000 banners and you are always assured of the Wzrods branding quality.
