The main steps we work with buyer
Steps	What to do
1	Buyer finds our interesting items on Alibaba.
2	Buyer sends e-mail message through Alibaba or chat with us by Trademanager, making inquiry of interested items regarding more item details, price,packing,delivery,payment term,minimum order quantity,any more models,our export experience,etc. Some buyers have very specific requirements.
3	We reply all points to the buyer. Usually we reply e-mails in 12 working hours or online chat with buyer by trademanager.
4	Buyer study our answer and may have more questions. Then we will make prompt responses.
5	Now buyer has got all necessary informations and would evaluates the possibility of purchasing from us. If they are satisfied with our items and our trade terms, usually they would consider placing a trial order with not big quantity. But if the buyer is only interested in big quantity order, usually he will ask for making sample for him.
6	Buyer makes payment for trial order. We accept paypal,western union,T/T and MoneyGram.
7	We arrange production immediately. Quality inspection will be made on each piece during production course. During packing, final quality inspection will be made on each piece again.
8	We make shipment. All the goods will be packed in well condition so as not to be damaged during transportation.
9	Buyer receives goods and checks. For any discrepancy, buyer will inform us on time.
10	We make immediate reaction and communicate with buyer, being responsible to any possible quality problem.
