•Widely used : To overcome the grave abrasion of mixing scraper in glass, concrete and other manufacturing industries, ultra wear resistant tungsten carbide(or composite ceramic) mixer spare parts is the most commonly used replacement product of hi-chrome cast iron, hi-manganese steel mixing blades and wings at present.
•New technology : We take cast iron materials as the basic material to recombine with tungsten carbide or alumina through special high-tech process.

•Long operating life : The wear resistance of ultra wear resistant tungsten carbide material has been tested by the relevant authorities :six times that of hi-manganese steel ,four times that of hi-chrome cast iron . Hence ,it has a longer service life ,and is more durable.
•Pollution-free : Tungsten carbide and ceramic materials could decompose automatically into silicon dioxide in glass melt(above 900°C) containing alkaline substances ,which avoids adding harmful heavy metal and non-ferrous ingredients into raw material and causing pollution.
