By Express: DHL/Fedex/UPS/EMS etc.

By sea: LCL/Full container

Warm tip:

1.If there's not too many goods we suggest to ship by express,since it will be faster and more safty,as you know if by express you don't need to consider too much,just wait at home and pay little tax when goods arrived,and clients won't need to provide any thing like tax number(most countries) also won't need to worry about customs clearance.

2.If what you need will be more than 1CBM i will suggest you to send by sea,it do will save a lot of money just will take a longer time,for example if ship to USA,it will take 15-35 days to arrive,of course western sea side will be faster and eastern sea side will be slower. 

But if you are new for foreign trade or new for sea transportation,you need to make sure: if you have the right of import or export,if not maybe you need to find an agent to help you for customs clearance,it won't cost you too much money,but do will help! also different countries has their own rules for import,take USA as an example,customs will need client to fill and send the ISF information before the boat shipping,also will need to buy BOND for this,otherwise will face a fine of $5000,clients need to know these rules so that won't make any mistake or misunderstand each other. finally,before placing the order client should tell us when your deadline will be so that we can know how to plan the mass production and will make sure won't miss the boat.

When the goods arrives you,you find these  problmes: there are many broken products/bad quality products or wrong products,pls take photos for us,we will deal with the problem in time,see below of our service pls,you can choose any of the 3 suggestions:

a: If just few parts of the products broken,we will send you the equal numbers of the parts for free,and hope you could fix them by yourself.

b: If it's you can't fix the parts,we will send you the whole set of the products for free.

c: We can send you the equal numbers of the bad parts/products by your next order,and your next order will get little discount.
