A1: Every tv box has one-year warranty for free repair and replacement.

Q2: How much will be the Express for these tv boxes ?

A2: The Express cost depends on the Quantity, Gross Weight, the Shipment Destination and the Shipping Methods you choose. 

Q3: How long will I receive my order?

A3: DHL/UPS/FedEx Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it's about 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Singapore Post Air Parcel take 10 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.

Q4: How will you declare the items to the customs?
