Seed cleaning machine

This series of products belong to air-and-screen cleaning equipments.

They use the difference of critical velocity in the vertical airflow between seeds and impurities 

and the difference among seed geometric dimensions to separate impurities.

These products can remove absolute light,big and small impurities.

They have good effect on cleaning grain seed,tree seed,grass seed,oil crop seed and commodity grain,etc.

They widely used in seed processing and agricultural products processing industry.

The theory decide they cannot remove density-type impurities such as moulded kernels and injured kernels .

The Seed Cleaning Machine is for primary cleaning of seeds, it can remove out the straws, awns, and other light impurities, 

also has grading function for remove large and small impurities at the same time 

dividing the good seeds into different levels by size.

Dust and light impurity are removed by aspirator fan. 

Material falls on sieve layers and was separated by sieves according to width and thickness difference. 

All the oversize and undersize impurities were discharged from outlets.
