In 2000, Shandong H.T-BAUER Water-agriculture Machinery and Engineering Co,Ltd was set up at the high-tech zone in Jinan City as the 1st specialized Sino-foreign co-funded manufacturer of large irrigation equipments in China.
Since the early phase of the company, we have committed ourselves to improving the irrigation technology and producing and developing water-saving irrigation machines on the basis of guaranteeing the quality of products.
We have various types and models of irrigation equipments ranging from medium-sized hose-reel irrigator, small-sized hose reel irrigator to large center pivot irrigation system.
Through a dozen years of unremitting efforts, H.T-BAUER has achieved stable and fast development. Now we have about 200 staff members and a professional technical team.
At present, our products have been spread to 27 provinces and cities including Taiwan throughout China, and exported to a dozen of countries, such as America, Australia, Holland, Peru, Poland, Ukraine, Cuba, Mongolia and so on.

2010-2014
The factory area was enlarged by 50,000 square meters. 10,000,000 Euros were invested in advancing the construction, equipments and technical research and development.
2009
H.T-BAUER created the first “Full Function Timing Monitor and Automatic Portable Water Cleaner” eliminating 100% poisonous elements and providing safety portable water. In the fruitful year, H.T-BAUER settled in new factory with 70% increase of turnover.
2008
H.T-BAUER began to cooperate with Pöttinger Austria to sale tillage & grassland equipments in China.

2006
H.T-BAUER got “ZSRK CERTIFICATE OF WATER SAVING PRODUCTS”. After two years of technical research and development, Aquago small-sized hose-reel irrigator was successfully developed, and passed though the whole unit test of BAUER Austria.
2005
Technology and experience accumulation and cooperation with well-known institutes promoted H.T-BAUER to further investigation in new irrigation products. The Company was crowned as “National High-tech Enterprise” and undertook a number of national scientific research projects in this respect.
2004
H.T-BAUER became the Asian base of manufacturing pivot irrigation systems for BAUER Austria. The processing capacity reached top-class in the world, and its products were delivered to every corner of the world. In the same year, H.T-BAUER developed center pivot irrigation system independently and sold in China simultaneously.
2003
H.T-BAUER created Aquago irrigator with proprietary intellectual property rights, which was recognized by irrigation experts in China and overseas. It gained the popularity in China rapidly and was put into the international market with large exportation to the Europe and the USA, achieving a breakthrough within irrigation equipments manufacturers at home.
2002
“Aquajet” irrigators were distributed throughout China, and great cost efficiency won good reputation among the users.
2001
H.T-BAUER produced the first “Aquajet TX Plus” hose-reel irrigator, whose performance and quality both were equal to BAUER’s original. Besides, H.T-BAUER manufactured Aquaspin pivot irrigation system components for BAUER Austria. Mass production of Aquajet TX Plus series began under strict quality management system and supervision of overseas experts.

Aquaspin Center Pivot Irrigation System

Center-pivot irrigation (sometimes called central pivot irrigation), also called circle irrigation, is a method of crop irrigation in which equipment rotates around a pivot and crops are watered with sprinklers. A circular area centered on the pivot is irrigated, often creating a circular pattern in crops when viewed from above (sometimes referred to as crop circles). Most center pivots were initially water-powered, and today most are propelled by electric motors. | "Aquaspin" center pivot irrigation system is suitable for large-area irrigation, being economic, efficient, sturdy, durable and easy to handle. The long and multi-spans spin around the fixed center to irrigate the land circularly. Pivot tower The structure of the tower is designed for highest stability, with four legs, c-profiles, an optimized tower angle and broad support plates. The hot dip galvanization of the entire tower and double lip sealing guarantee the long lifespan of the system.
Drive towers-wheel base High torsion resistance and a large dimensioned wheel base for high adjustability for different crops provide an optimum in stability for a slope steepness of up to 15 %.
| Gear motor The high-torque motors with thermal overload protection are enclosed for moisture protection and are equipped with high-performance spur gears, sealed for maximum dirt repellence.
Spans-trussing Lowest operational costs are achieved by four available tube diameters (50 – 500 m3/h) and a single tube length for a minimal effort for assembly and transportation of the truss rods. One truss rod design for all model dimensions and span lengths allows high adaptability, while ensuring high tensile strength, safety and excellent stability.
