Q2. What's the delivery time for sample order?

Lead time for making sample is 3-5 days.

Q3. What's the delivery time for bulk order?

Normally 2-3 weeks but during busy season, it's is 3-4 weeks.

Q4. What's the payment terms?

We accept T/T,  Paypal,western Union

Q5. How to pay for the order?

30% deposit (50% for genuine leather) before production and full balance before delivery.

Q6. Could you offer samples?

We can offer samples if there are stocks. Sample fee is US$20.00-US$30.00/pcs for mobile phone and other tablet/ebook cases. Sample fee will be returned in bulk order.

Q7. What's the price terms?

Price is quoted on EXW Guangzhou.

Q8. How to send the goods?

Usually deliver by courier, like DHL, UPS, FedEx; also bulk cargo by sea.

Q9. What's the package?

PVC bag, blister box, papercard box. We have neutral package and can also do OEM package,which can be designed free by our designers.
