WMH974-240 Model Tension-free High Efficient Fluffy Drying Machine was developed and designed. According to the requirement of upgrading our national towel products and on the basis of fully absorption of the advanced experience of West Germany THIS company’s T-310, being the ideal high fluffy drying machine for such fields as towel, knitting and reproduction.

This machine is used for continuous drying process of various kind of weaving product and knitting product, esp. suitable for heavy fabrics including long pile loop fabric, spiral pile loop fabric, plush, velvet, velure, corduroy and velvet pile towel, batch towel and floor tower etc., by which, the treated fabric has no fiber hardening with improved softness and fluffiness, thus being the best equipment for reproduction field to upgrade the product and increase economic benefit


Main Features

1) This product has distinct design and scientific structure, in which, fabric is flat extended fully by air flow, single line or multi-line fabric can be dried simultaneously within one machine, actually realizing the tension-free and contact free during drying process, whilst constant temperature control system and speed control system making the operation most convenient.

2) Specially designed air box makes the fabric extend automatically and run regularly inside the thermal air box, single line or multi-line can be dried at the same time without mutual entangling, thus having higher productivity.

3) Specially designed corrugated air passage makes the fabric moves forward freely under the effect of thermal air and sharp shakes up and down, under the effect of strong air flow, pile loop erects sufficiently, after the fiber tissue is brushed by hot air, water molecules on the surface of the fiber are evaporated to film under the effect of heat, damaged and reproduced immediately, thus realizing the drying of pile loop fabric.

4)During the initiative and speedy drying, fabric extends freely under the conditions of tension free and pressure free in both crossing and longitudinal directions, by which, the fiber tissue obtains max. extent free wriggle, thus eliminating the hardening, friction and fluctuation on and between fibers, and improving the softness, hand feeling and fluffiness of the fabric.

5) Design of air passage has exchanged the following blowing and counter blowing air flow type of the former WMH874, following air flow inside the sealing air passage makes the fabric vibrates more sharply, pile loop erects further with uniform arrangement. In cases of spiral towel, spiral loops can be increased, velvet pile towel has the same effect as velure.
