work principle

Through the conveying belt put the bottle into equal parts turntable, turntable on the pull plate put the bottle and orderly pull in each station, and then automatically put cover, red cap, sealing, the corresponding station are equipped with a proximity switch, position detection signals and perform different jobs. The automatic line by electric, pneumatic and mechanical transmission to realize the above action. Through the movement of the cylinder pushes the sealing jaw chuck or shrink to complete sealing.
