Detail description

1.The machine is composed of ultrasonic washing machine sterilizing and drying machine and oral medical liquid filling machine can finish washing, water washing air praying ,drying  sterilizing. Filling and capping.

2.Bottle out-feeding section is adopted cellular-belts to transfer bottle it is more stable and reliable

 Far-infrared exert on the ampoule while sterilizing excellent temperate distribution.

3.Stop filling if there no vial ,stop capping  if there no vial.

4. The touch screen can display the production process,water pressure gas pressure and tenpreture of all controlled point ,can display all status of all switches and its faults self-diagnosis ,faults analysis and its solution .the washing –sterilizing –filling and sealing inter-linkage balancing device ,all of these make the compact line in automatic control ,make producing process stable and reliable .

Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi or delta is optional for the electrical control system.
