Material	We use best 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for this bouncer. All inflatable games of Sunjoy are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. Our material has improved by the SGS.
Material

Stitching	We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside, and to make sure the inflatables are strong enough.

Printing

Digital print, silk print, or hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it print quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported from abroad. The high level painting makes AOQI product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time.

Blower

1, External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, 1.5HP,plug can be customized.

2, External UL blower 110V, 60HZ for USA area, plug can also be customized.

Deflation	We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.

Strong package bags	We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.

we will send you proforma invoice.

You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.

3. You transfer deposit payment for your order,

and send us the bank receipt for our confirmation.

4. After received your deposit,

we will release your order to factory for production.

5. Once the inflatables are done, we will send the complete photos for your confirmation.

6. After you confirmed the photos are okay,

you are required to arrange balance to us and arrange shipment with your forwarder,absolutely,

We can also arrange shipment on your request.

About payment

1. How to pay for order of inflatables?

We accept the payment method like TT, Cash, Western Union. L/C

Normally,deposit 30% - 50% before production and balance to be paid before shipment.

L/C is acceptable when total amount is over 20000 USD.

Shipping methods: Ship by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX),and freight charges can be prepaid or collected.

2. How long is the delivery?

By courier / by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane.

By sea: depending on the destination port.

3.After sales service

The warranty of the inflatables is 1 year.In case of the inflatables got damaged,we will send you repair kits or do some compensation for you.
