Package Deisgn:

1-      Wooden Crates, with polyfoam inside to protect the products, then reinforce by plastic strip, we will use the iron strip to reinforce the exterior wood plate. Pls check the picture below.

Quality Standard:

1-      For Asia Middle East South America countries, thickness tolerance +/- 2mm, size tolerance 1mm.

2-      For Europe and North America, thickness tolerance +/- 1mm, size tolerance 0.5mm.

3-      Before the container shipping, all the crates or bundles package must to be fumigated.

Container Loading:

Usually by 20ft container, for Middle East Asia Europe South America, can load 27 Tons per container, for North America, can load 22 Tons per container. After finished loading, we will reinforece all the package if necessary. Pls check the picture below:
