Material	We use best 0.55mm and 15 OZ PVC tarpaulin for this bouncer. All inflatable games of Sunjoy are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. Our material has improved by the SGS.
Deflation	We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.
Printing	Digital print, silk print, or hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it prints quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the s surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported from abroad. The high level painting makes SUNJOY product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time.
Blower	1, External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, 1.5HP,plug can be customized. 2, External UL blower 110V, 60HZ for USA area, plug can also be customized
Free Accessories	1) Blower or Pump (need order) 2) carrying bag for free 3) Repair kits, include color PVC material used on inflatable and 1pc glue.(Glue are banned by airplane, only by sea can send glue)
Stong package bags	We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.

Q: What accessories come with the inflatable?

A: The accessories inclusive of repairing kits (the same color material, glue, needle and thread); packaging bag; CE/UL blower; finishing photo and video demo will be sent together upon your request.

Q: How about the guarantee and after-sales service?

A: Regularly we provide a 12 months after-sales service for customers.

Q: How about our blowers?

A: We Sunjoy can offer the CE/UL proved blowers to comply with different markets requirement with different country version plug

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: 1 piece.

Q: What is the production lead-time?

A: According to the order quantity together with the factory order. Basically one piece takes about one week, and the large quantity takes about one month. However, it can also be more or less depending on the product design and size.

Q: How about the shipping arrangement?

A: We have our own shipping company, so we can offer more suitable price and service for our customers. And the appointed shipping agent is also acceptable. Also freight charge can be prepaid or collected.
