 1.Pros and Cons of Suspension roller process.

Pros:Investment is much lower than Mendral Vibration,anti-loading capacity is better than Spinning,product range and efficiency is better than Vertical Extrustion.

Cons:Appearance,quality and efficiency can not compare to Mendral Vibration.

2.What should we notice when use this type of machine?

We need to notice two points:the axis of the machine and end rings of the molds.Because these two items directly impact the quality of finished products.Axis is the only part touch directly with mold,and when it rolling,it unders corrosion between itself and mold.The ring of mold is the same.When we purchasing these two items,we need to focus on the materials and the diameter of the axis.Generally,the differences of machines lie in these two points.

3.Is there any auxilary machines to save human labor and improve efficiency?

Yes.Generally,concrete pipes manufacture will adopt manual materials feeding to molds,this method at least consume one labor to make it happen,even two labors for longer and bigger diamter pipes.Automatic feeding machine is for saving labor,improve feeding speed and amount.

In production of pipes with bigger diameters,we need to make steel cage as inner support for concrete pipes.To make steel cage,if by human,will appear problems below:

(1).Point of soldered dot not strong enough

(2).Cage deformed

(3).Lower efficiency

There is an Automatic Steel Cage Welding Machine can solve problems above.This machine is mainly for forming and welding steel cages for concrete pipes,with a high efficiency,and saving human labor.But it's not a necessary equipment.If the capacity can not reach a certain amount,this machine is not worthy,all of its work can substitute by human.
