dPMR is a high performance open digital voice protocol specifically designed in order to offer a solution for users who require convenient two-way radio communications. Broadcast channel has a width of 6.25 kHz modulation and uses FDMA technology to maximize spectrum utilization for both voice as well as data communications. On the standard channel width of 12,5 kHz so you can create two independent communications group, or transmit data and voice separately. Radio stations marked dPMR are certified by world standards TS102 490 and TS102 658 ETS. Among the world's largest manufacturer of radios with this technology include Icom, Kenwood or Kirisun. These radios can operate both in digital mode and the analog. Digital communication dPMR and DMR are not compatible.
