coil spring fatigue testing machine

This machine is mainly used for various spiral spring, disc springs and shock absorbers,seal springs, and the fatigue life of test. Widely used in spring, shock absorber production, application etc.

Main features:

 1. according to the technical requirements of the spring, to adjust  the amplitude and frequency of the spring.

2. LCD display, frequency and the number of tests according to your requirment to enter the 

program, auto-complete. 

3. preset the number of tests and automatically shut down.  

4. consists of motor, reducer to connecting with cams to drive connecting rod for reciprocating motion to achieve the compression of the spring.

5. the operator can achieve high load, high frequency, low consumption, thereby reducing the 

test time  and reduce the testing costs.

Simulation Aninmatronic Costom Triceratops are covered with air bubble firm before put them into the wood en case, which not only has good shock absorption, impact resistance, heat sealing and also has theadvantages of nontoxic, odorless, moisture corrosion, good transparency ect.
